Apple Remote Desktop Authentication Failure

The following problem has occurred on two of the Mac's I support. When attempting to initiate a remote control session, I receive an "Authentication Failure" error. This problem is not caused by an incorrectly entered password. The username and password are entered at the time the client is added to the list in the Apple Remote Desktop Administrator and this authentication is successful. The status for the client shows "Available" in the "Current Status" column.

Any feedback on this issue will be appreciated.
