Recovering a "Group" in Entourage 2004 for MAC

PLEASE HELP!

I accidently deleted a critical mail group in Entourage 2004 for Mac. Is there a way to recover this data? I'm running Mac OS X version 10.3.9.

I do have my entire system backed up on an external hard drive using Retrospect Express but I do not know how to get into the backup file to find what I am looking for. This situaion is very time sensitive so I would very much appreciate a response as soon as humanly possible. Thank you!!
