| Apple Remote Desktop Hello all, I'm having a tricky issue with Apple Remote Desktop. I'm running version 2.2 on my network and am having trouble browsing in Scanner even when specifying explicit ip ranges. I read up on spanning tree issues that have cropped up within the switches, and even though I turned off the spanning tree settings the network scanner will only add one or two computers at a time. I know the network is full, so I should be getting a lot of ping backs from all types of machines, whether Mac or not. Calls to Apple have been fruitless (no pun intended) as have calls to Cisco. Any ideas? The computer I'm running ARD on is an iMac G5 running OS X 10.4.3 client, and a PowerMac G4 running OS X Server 10.4. All services are turned off (except the Apple Remote Desktop settings on the client machines.) I'm using a mix of Cisco 2948G switches and 2950 switches. Microsoft Server 2003 is handling DHCP and DNS.
