Quicksilver processor into Sawtooth?

I have a G4 AGP Sawtooth 350 Mac.
I have a line on a faster processor on ebay. It is:
G4 800MHz CPU from an Apple G4 Quicksilver, 133MHz bus
P/N 820-1344-a
CPU markings:

XPC7451
RX800PE
64K51S
DKZ0205A
Do you think this one will work?
Thanks

short answer, yes. long answer, requires some modding of the computer. read up on it here before you buy.
