| iChat subnet problem Running OS X 10.3.9. Getting an iChat error message "subnet service is not available". I opened ports 5060 and 16384-16403 in the firewall, and still getting the same error message. iChat has worked before on this system, although several hands are loading software on this computer. Ran Xupport last night to check permissions. Anything else I can try? |

| See the ports required.

| Thanks. I added the additional ports, but still received errors. Next, I turned off the firewall altogether. Now I'm getting "NS Internal Inconsistency Exception: SubNet service is not available!" as an error when I call up iChat. I reloaded iChat AV yesterday, but maybe I need to reload it again. ????? |
