Dock bounces back and forth, Color labels all black

I have posted this issue on the apple discussion boards and macosxhints.com and not reached any resolve. I hope somebody here can shed some light on this.

I have a G4 Digital Audio Dual 533 with 768MB RAM.

When I install 10.4, everything works perfectly. As soon as I update the OS (to any version. I have downloaded and tested all of the stand alone versions of the updates 10.4.1 - 10.4.6), all of this craziness begins.
  • The dock begins to bounce to the left and back whenever I roll the mouse over it.
  • Dock icons 'pulsate' just a little while I am hovering over them.
  • When I right click on a file, the color labels are all black
  • Opening websites with any browser results in a lot of page elements completely replaced by black space.
  • Some text in Finder and any web browser is missing until I highlight where that text should be.
  • iPhoto completely screws up the colors of my photos. Some get turned to negatives, some get different color profiles....
  • My Desktop picture is suddenly 99% Black
  • Widgets like iStatPro are all black also.
Now on to the troubleshooting steps i have taken thus far:
  • Created a new user with admin rights and logged in as said user. Same results
  • Safe Boot. No dice. Same results
  • Swapped video card with a known good video card
  • Swapped RAM with known good RAM
  • Tested each RAM chip independently.
  • Repaired disk permissions using Disk Utility
  • Cleaned Caches and Repaired permissions with OnyX, Cache Out X, Cocktail and Tiger Cache Cleaner.
  • Zapped PRAM
  • Ran TechTool Pro (and passed!)
  • Reinitialized Launch Services.
I have taken some snapshots to illustrate the problems. Hope they help
