| screen recorder? What are the common software used to record the screen motions (or motions for a specific windows, say firefox) into quicktime movie or flash? Thanks! |

To the original poster: SnapzPro is the software for this, and is the only screen capture software, that I know of, available for the Mac. That said, you are correct - they haven't released a universal binary yet, so Intel-based Mac users are left out in the cold until they release one. I would contact them and ask how long it will be until they release a version that works on Intel-based machines. If they tell you anything interesting, post it here. I'm curious, too.

| Thank you guys! I will put intel-compatible next time in my thread. I have tried iShowU. However, it is buggy (wasn't able to disable audio-recording even if i chose not to record audio) Currently I found Snapz Pro pretty good, except the mouse cursor issue with intel-based macs. |
