synchronizing the Home folder on PPC & Intel machines

I want to synchronize the Home folders on my PowerMac (PPC) to my MacBook Pro (Intel) machines using ChronoSync & would like to know if there are any folders in both Library folders I should exlude from syncing?

For example on the MacBook Pro I have some Intel Quicktime codecs in the ~Library/Quicktime folder, & on the PowerMac I have some Quictime codecs that I know don't work with Intel Macs so will exclude those folders.

Are there any other folders I should exclude?
