attempting to set up ichat

Hey all,

I'm trying to get my isight video chat options running but so far the other imacs I've tried to connect with have been unable to have an active chat. Anyone bored with ichat that has a few minutes to talk to me on aim and fiddle around with this?

Sorry I am a guy with a gf haha! I just want to get this working since the dude in the store went on and on about how well it works!
