| Attaching logo to signature, no see PC people Help. I am trying to attach an Illustrator logo to my signature at the bottom of my email. I have dragged it into the signature page as an EPS, JPEG, HTML and MFILE. Mac people can see it, but anyone with a PC using outlook cannot. It comes in as an attachment I am told. Is there a fix to this problem? Do I need to save the file in a different format? 10.3.9 Help! Thanks- |

| Chances are the file has a resource fork. That would be the preview image and possibly some other info. You can use Grim Ripper http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/9105 to remove it. It's a contextual menu item so it shows up with a Control Click on the file. If you don't see Grim Ripper's menu item then there is no resource fork. Save for web from Photoshop also produces a file with no resource fork. Edit: I should add that of the file formats you mention only .jpg would be acceptable for email.
