Transfer Emails and address book from Thunderbird to Entourage

I would like to transfer my emails and address book from Mozilla/Thunderbird (version 1.5.0.4) to Entourage (version 10.1.6).
How should I proceed as when I want to import I have two option : import information from programme and from text file; and if I choose from programme, I do not have the option Thunderbird.
