Opening a .toast file

I have just downloaded a .toast file and burned it on to a cd-r but when I click on the .toast file it tell me that mac does not reconize do I have to download something or anthing

My guess is that the file is created by Toast - a Mac CD/DVD creator. You'll have to buy Toast, probably.
