| Photo editing guy i was wonder what program you all will recomend. i wold like to edit phots, maily just convrt them, and rename them by the bulk...is there any free software to do that.. |

| GraphicConverter is shareware but is ideal for the job. There's also SmallImage 2 (free), Photo Drop (free, creates droplets to automate batch tasks), iZoom, ImageWell, and finally, a must-have for really powerful and complicated image-editing tasks is The GIMP. You could also try searching VersionTracker or MacUpdate for words like "Photo" - there are hundreds of options to try out.

| Automator can batch rename photos, see the video at www.apple.com Preview and iPhoto which should be already on your Mac can do the conversions too. |
