can't play online games properly

Hello!
I have an imac G4 and 2mps broadband but can't play online games successfully. The system freezes and responce is very slow. Memory is 256 MB and graphics VRAM is 64. Any suggestions what I may be doing wrong?

Thanks much,
T

What kind of games are you trying to play? One thing I'd advise would be to upgrade your memory to at least 512, preferably 1 GB, which will greatly increase your performance regardless of what you're doing. 256 is the bare minimum required for Tiger.
You might want to try using Firefox, it sometimes does better on things that Safari doesn't understand.
