Safari displaying internet explorer pages?

I have had trouble trying to access web pages which need the internet explorer browser to look atr them but internet explorer has been discontinued for macs. How can I display these pages?

You can still use Internet Explorer on OS X, it's just an old browser for Macs that hasn't been updated in a few years, and Microsoft no longer supports it.

May I ask what pages you're trying to view?

Also, often Firefox can display some pages which Safari has problems with.

There must be some way of displaying these sites instead of using internet explorer? It's an Apple application we are talking about!

It is a website that a chelmsford university has. I will give you the link and see for yourself. Use Safari.
(P.S: Firefox doesn't work either)

You could use the Debug Menu in Safari>User Agent to mimic IE. You can use Safari Enhancer

Well, that doesn't work using the User Agent.
