Microsoft Messenger - can't switch windows

I have OSX 10.3.9.

Microsoft Messenger just made me download version 6.

I have the Keyboard Shortcut for Rotate Windows assigned to my F1 key.

In the newest version of Messenger, this does not work, it will switch from the Contacts window to a Conversation window, but won't go to another conversation or back to the contacts. It should cycle through all the windows in the app.

This works in every other program I have, so why doesn't it work in Messenger any more?

Did the name of the application change (even slightly)?
How did you set up F1 to cycle windows in all apps? You may need to retrace those steps to determine how to resolve it.

Oh, and LOL!

Hey,

Strange event on my MacBook happened today, and it's very disturbing! I got OS X 10.4.8 and about 3 weeks ago I downloaded MSN for Mac 6.0.1 but it wouldn't connect, saying wrong user name or password. So I continued using the older 5.1.1 version. Today MSN automatically downloaded v 6.0.1 and the same error occurred. Then I tried deleting that one and installing the old one, now this one doesn't connect, and I get a message saying " There is newer version of MSN for Mac. You need to install that version in order to connect to MSN " or something like that. And I still got the same " wrong user name or password " message when I try to use verion 6.0.1

Does anyone else has a similar problem like this, and a tip about solving it. Btw, I am in university accommodation, and under a proxy so I if anyone could recommend any other software that supports http tunneling ( but I prefer MSN working )

Thanx!

Yes, it's set up for all applications. And it does partially work on MSN, but only from the Contacts window.
