complete demo uninstall

Ok, I know this is sleazy, but how can I completely uninstall software demos that have a time limit (eg. 30 days, or 10 runs, etc.), so that I can re-install them, say on the 31st day, from the dmg. I've tried trashing program, prefs, etc. - when re-installing it "knows" I've used the program for the allotted period. Do these demos install hidden files? Thanks.

AppZapper is pretty good at uninstalls, Spotlight helps you find things too..
