iChat video Problem

[londy1215]

Ok so i just bought a new Macbook Pro and i want to video chat with my friend with Australia and my girlfriend. Well every time i try to do it it gives me an error. Also my friend is able to talk to my girlfriend and i am not. This could lead to something bad. haha. but if someone could help me that would be awesome thanks.
