Quicktime Volumn Playback Problem!!!

Whenever I playback any type of video file using the Quicktime player, and Front Row, the volume started to cut in and out, very quickly. Now, I have no volume at all. Using MPlayer, I have no playback issues. Any idea of whats wrong? Should I just uninstall/reinstall Quicktime?
