iCal Customization help

I am using iCal, but I am unhappy about a few points, and wondering if they can be customized a bit.

I have about 25 projects at a given time.
Each project is a different calendar.
Each calendar has many events for each stage of development.
Each event is created as an ALL-Day event.

Calendar Colors:
iCal seems to only auto-pick 6 colors which get recycled as you add more calendars.

Is there a way to have it auto pick more colors? For example, can I set 30 colors that I want iCal to auto assign during creation?

When in month view:
The event bubbles appear for each day correctly, however they only fill about half of the square space. This is annoying, because it will only show about 4 bubbles, but I may have 8 or 9 or more.

Is there a way to have it fill the square?
Is there a way to have it auto-fit ALL bubbles and just shrink the text size or something?

When in week view:
The event bubbles appear for each day, but the time breakdown appears in the bottom half of screen which is unused.

Is there any way to remove this timed section, and only show the weekly events as bubbles?

Printing:
When I print month view or week view, I would prefer to print ONLY monday thru friday. I also want the event bubbles to show the event name AND calendar name (i dont like calendar keys because all the calendars are created as same color because iCal doesn't auto pick more than 6 colors)

is there any way to do this?

iGroupcal might be a better fit, since most of the if something is possible or not would have no as an answer (at least for what comes to 10.4 or earlier).
