Internet connect will not accept securi

My new MacBook will not accept the security password for the wifi in my office.

It is a new set up and our 2 PowerBook G4's and iMac G5 are all logged on and working like a dream.

This MacBook sees the connection. I click on it to select and it then asks for the password. Each and every time it does not want to know. It is all in lowercase and the caps lock IS off. I have also entered it with 'show' ticked so that I could read what I have typed. My office manager who is much more efficient than me is equally stumped.

I have look around to no avail. Any suggestions?
