Xinet - Fullpress / Tiger issue

We are a printing company using the prepress server application Fullpress from Xinet. Our new Intel Macs with up to date Tiger builds do not link properly to images placed on the prepress server. Xinet says it is a Tiger issue.

The Fullpress software runs on a pre-Intel Xserv but I do not know what version of OSX is on it back there. I am not the administrator.
