UniversalAccessApp

This is an iBook G4 1.33, 768MB machine.

When I checked the Activity monitor, I have noticed that I UniversalAccessApp (184) and Parent Process WindowServer (55) seems to constantly be running on my system. What are these? There also seem to be a lot of red spikes in the Disk Activity on the bottom. Are these things that I need to worry about? My system seems to be running slower than it used to, but I have also loaded in DiskWarrior and have been storing more data on the computer, but I am nowhere near maxing out the harddrive.

Thanks for the help.

Universal Access is a Preference Pane, go to Preferences to see all the annoying things it can do for you. I also noticed that it runs constantly and wastes a bunch of RAM, but don't remember whether it was slowing down my system. Anyway I moved that Preference Pain to a new folder "PreferencePanes(Disabled)" and now it doesn't bother me any more.
