Question Microsoft UAM not appearing ?

Hi,

I have installed Microsoft UAM on some of my new Apple Mac Pros running OSX 10.4.8 and 10.4.9.

On my other installed Macs, when a user selects a server to connect to, the login window appears which says Microsoft in it. This I'm assuming is the UAM kicking in ?
With UAM working, I'm also guessing that its UAM that tells the user when their domain passord will expire, ie. how many days left ?

However, on the Mac Pros I've recently installed, even after installing the UAM for OSX, they do not get the Microsoft login window when logging onto one of the file servers. They just get the standard network login window.
As a result, the lack of the Microsoft login window seems that the user is no longer notified on how many days til their domain password expires.

Does anyone understand what I am on about or am I talking rubbish ?!!

Thanks in advance to anyone who may be able to offer any advice/suggestions.
