ical event - to email reminders?

I have a system of scripts that save schedules that are found in my emails, and create different calendars and events depending on the information. I have a rotating 60 calendars...and each calendar has 25 events.

each week i have anywhere from 5-30 events that i need to review.

instead of opening ical and waiting for it to load all the events and calendars (which takes some time due to quantity)...is there any way to get the following:

every friday of every week, i want to receive ONE email that lists each event that is due for the next week. So for example.....this Friday 5/18, when i boot up my computer, i should receive a new message (or a new message draft opens) that lists all 50 events for the week of 5/21 - 5/25, regardless of which calendar the event belongs to.

any ideas on how to do this? a script? plugin? something?
