Parallels / VPC XP Install

Hello,

I'm getting parallels... finally! Is there a way to use my Virtual PC Windows XP disk to install XP? I'm reluctant to purchase another copy of XP if I don't have to, and feel like it's still ethical to pursue this as an option, as I purchased 'XP' with VPC already (thoughts?).

Please let me know,

Best,

Jon

If it is a general XP version, it should work. If it is adaptor for VIRTUAL PC, it might not work. Ofcourse make sure to fullfill the minimum requirements for parallels (e.g. sp2).

Good luck, Kees

hmm.. it's the disk that came with Parallels, so I assume it's the adapter. In this event, is it possible to make the disk standalone (not 'disk 2')?

Thanks,
