Question about installing Flash

I still have 10.4.10 and yesterday out of no where, while trying to watch a youtube video, my computer informed me that I don't have flash and thus have to reinstall it. This confused the crap out of me since I know I always have had flash, but its possible I accidentally deleted it. So I went ahead and installed it again and after going through the whole process safari is automatically opened again and brings you to the adobe flash website, except I once again got the warning that I dont have the flash plug-in. This makes no sense since I literally was just installing that same plug-in they are saying I don't have. I tried this a few more times and got the same result everytime. Does anyone know whats up or how I can fix this?

yes i did figure it out. someone else had this same problem and when I told them what to do it didnt work for them. so i hope it still works for you, but you never know.

I installed the newest version of stuffit expander and then downloaded the dmg to flash and put it into stuffit, after that i just did all the same things you normally would to instal flash: clicking on the blue and orange icon and so on.

good luck
