Problem with iWork '08 and Tiger

Hello all.

I seem to be having trouble with iWork '08 and Tiger (10.4.11).

I have a PowerMac G4 (Sawtooth) upgraded with a 1.2GHz G4 from OWC (Mercury Extreme). It has 1GB RAM, 120GB HD and the original Rage 128 AGP card (16MB).

I have installed iWork'08 and when I try to launch any of the apps, the machine just freezes? I can't even "Force Quit" the application. The machine just locks up. Sometimes I can retain a moving mouse cursor...but can't click on anything. I started to think that maybe there is a hardware issue...but I also have iLife 08 installed and those applications work fine.

I iWork on my G3 iMac (DV SE 500Mhz) and it works fine...albeit a bit slow...but it runs with no problem. Pages, Keynote, Numbers...all load up.
iMac is also running 10.4.11.

Any insights how to start troubleshooting this? Is there a log file somewhere that keeps track of application crashes?
