Networked MacBook-MacMini not connecting

I have a MacBook and MacMini both running Leopard and are connected wirelessly via an Extreme Base Station. When the desktop Macintosh icon is double clicked, each computer shows the other computer under "Shared". The Mini is able to establish a connection with the MacBook but the MacBook fails to connect with the Mini.

This could be a variety of issues, can you provide more information like:

What is the error message you are getting?
What are the Mini's permissions for file sharing?
How is your Mini's firewall configured?
