Flash Player won't boot up with Firefox

I install Flash Player 9. If I shutdown or restart my computer, Flash Player doesn't work with Firefox unless I close the browser and reinstall Flash Player. It will however work with Safari. It seems I've done something in my user files, but I don't have a clue what.

Open Disk Utility (/Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility) and "Repair Permissions" (After you quit Firefox). This should help.
