System.log entry?

This entry shows in my System.Log repeatedly,
---------------
Dec 21 09:36:35 MacBook-Pro com.apple.launchd[1] (org.postfix.master): Failed to count the number of files in "/var/spool/postfix/maildrop": No such file or directory
-----------------
Can anyone shed some light on what it means, and maybe how to correct it?

jb.

Have you enabled or ported Postfix or Mailman? It (Postfix) can't find maildrop. Maybe it's partially not enabled.
Or maybe Time Machine was running while these lines in system.log occurred?

Thanks for the reply.
I know nothing of Postfix or Mailman, none of my doings.
I'm running a stock install of Leopard on my MBP.
All I show under the folder /var is a /cups folder.
Is there something I could remove from LaunchD to make it stop checking or trying to count?

That whole subfolder structure after /var was missing.
I did an Archive&install and all appears well now.
I have no idea where those subfolders went, but they are all back in place now.

No to the upgrade, I always reformat and do clean installs with operating system upgrades.
What I have done though is, at least twice, is total restores from Time Machine backups.
Maybe a problem there, like something left behind.
