| Mac Hardware Support Hello. About a year ago I worked with MacOSX Tiger briefly. I did the marketing department at my job and added them to our Microsoft Active Directory network. Now I've been offered a job managing a network that mainly has Macintosh workstations and laptops (Entertainment Company). I am eager to get into this and to start supporting Macs. As I understand it, I won't be able to order parts for Macs unless I get certified....which I intend to do. I am happy this website is around to help me. Hopefully you guys can give me lots of tips to keep everyone happy. My question right now is this.... Last year I saw a firewire key for Mac Technicians that you could boot to, do repairs on the drives, etc. I can't remember what it was called. Do any of you recommend this product or remember what it is called? |

| Has anyone actually used this? Is it worth the $230? I want to make sure I have all the stuff I'll need to keep the Macs happy and working smoothly. Recommendations would be helpful and welcomed. |
