itunes quits

hi there anyone i am having a problem with downloads on itunes it brings up the terms and conditions every time i try to by a song or video,then it just quits.i have tried to delete com.apple.itunes files like i was told to do but i dont even have that file or any like it in my preferences or library etc. please help. thanks.
