Cannot add file name to footer Pages 08

I am trying to use Pages instead of Word. With Word, I can create a footer that automatically has the document (file) name, and if I change the file name it automatically changes it in Word. I cannot figure out how to do this in Pages. I have searched the Help system and checked online forums. Perhaps I am using the wrong search terms. Can this be done in Pages and if so, how? Thanks so much for your help.
