| Mac os x Tiger Invalid Memory I used an apple hardware test Powerbook g4 - Holding down the C key at reboot - It gave me the option of restarting in safe mode - and shutting down. It also gave me these messages: Error 1 loading default test font (Fonts\Geneva 10) Error 1 loading Default control font (Fonts\Charcoal 12) Invalid memory Access at &SRR0 : 00060578 : &SrrI : 00003030 (although I don't think they are ampersands -they look kinda like ampersands but are a symbol i'm not familiar with) Starting in Safe mode it kept blinking back and forth from the folder with a question mark and the mac icon. After shutting down I restarted and looked at the cd - the cd has one Item - a pdf file which is written in several different languages and only a few pages long - Instructions on how to use it - what it does - but no english. The specs of the computer are 12" G4 - matshitadvdruj835e dvd super drive 512 mb ram 80 gig hd I have also have been having dvd burning issues - I've had the computer for 3 or 4 years and I think the burner is at the end of it's life The burning may not be related but I don't know if someone has any ideas. Thanks for help in advance |
