willibook1.42 is on a distinguished road
safari displaying garbled text

Hi,

my safari is displaying garbled text, it often displays numbers on top of each other etc.

I am running 10.5.2 on a MBP

can you please help

Have you added or removed any fonts recently? Usually odd garbled letters occur for fonts gone bad. Go to Font Book (or whatever you use for font management), and disable all user added fonts. If the symptom will go away, enable half of them and see if it's back, until you can find which one caused it (unless Font Book's font validator finds the broken one/s).
