Bootable CD

How do I create a bootable CD in Leopard? I have a copy of FileSalvage but it's not bootable. BootCD did not work.

I found some instructions but it requires QuickerPicker and I can't seem to find it online anymore. All of the links are dead. Could someone send me the file?
