| Macbook issues I've been having problems with my notebook lately because it has been really unstable (well, more then usual) lately. sometimes, they screen just shuts off randomly, sometimes it doesn't awake from sleep right away and just stuff like that. Are there tools to fix wierd issues like this so I don't need to format again?

| OnyX for maintenance and cleaning scripts Check for empty space Look at Console for what happens when these errors occur, including after shutdowns (if it shuts itself down) Run AHT from install disc 1 that came with the Mac in loop mode to eliminate RAM errors
