iWeb (afterLeopard upgrade and iLife '08

Hi,
I cannot open and edit my iWeb pages anymore (?!?).
They are all in RED, not blue in the iWeb left column.
Thus I'm not able to make any updates, changes etc
in my Site and Pages.
The sites (2) including the pages ( a few) open as they were
before I switched to Leopard (now 10.5.3.).
Any ideas?

If possible, try publishing the site to a different folder than the one used by the previous version of iWeb.
