parallel desktop error ( windows xp )

I have installed windows xp on my macBook air through parallel desktop. Mac is working fine now. But in parallel windows its showing the following error regularly.

"You need to start the computer.Hold down the power button or press the restart button." this is mainly happen when i copy something from othercomputer or install programs. For this reason i am not able to work properly.

Please tell me why its happening like this.

What Parallels Build are you using and did you format the XP partition NTFS or FAT32?

There seems to be a bit of an issue with Parallels/Windows/MBA but I don't know the full extent of it or whether there is any real truth to the story ...

Also, having the virtual machine preference "Optimize for better performance of:" set to "Mac OS X Applications" under "Options > Advanced" can cause stability problems.

Check to make sure this preference is set to "Virtual Machine" instead of "Mac OS X Applications."
