Garage Band 2.0 and Leopard

I scanned through the threads and didn;t see this topic. If it's there, please let me know.

Recently upgraded to Leopard and now my Garage Band 2.0 has nearly no functionality. I am unable to move audio bits between tracks, place bits where I want or edit properly. Do I need to buy an update for Garage Band or does anyone know of a more cost-effective fix? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried reinstalling from the old discs that came with your Mac? You can use Pacifist to extract GarageBand and install it on your Leopard installation.
