| Macbook pro white page Hi a bought a macbook pro from my friend and all I see is a white page when I start it up and can't go beyond, in the middle of the screen there is folder picture with a question mark in the middle. Please tell me how can I fix this thanks.  |

| Did you friend also give you the installation discs that came with that MacBook Pro? It sounds to me as if your friend formatted the hard drive before he sold it to you. Make sure you get the installation discs that came with that MacBook Pro if your friend didn't give them to you.
