Burning a MP4 to a normal DVD player

Does my standard Mac Mini (with Tiger + iLife, dvd-r burner) have all the s/w required to do this OR do I need to buy something extra?

As long as you have iDVD and like iMovie your fine. What I would do is import it into iMovie, then make the chapters you want then go to Share in the file menu and choose iDVD.
