Question Finding someone's email address using Sherlock

Hi Group,

I read in Mac OS X Little Black Book, that by using Sherlock, we can search for someone's email address.
But, I have tried to look that function all over the place, but zero result.

Is it possible to look for people email address from Sherlock or it is just a hoax.

Hmmm, I have 10.2.4 and I just tried it out. I really only use Sherlock for movie reviews and translation. I wasn't able to find anyway to look up e-mail addresses. Do you think it might be an add on?

I did try the picture feature and that is pretty cool, much better than Google's, I'll definitely use that again.

i find that the image feature of sherlock is much worse than googles, because it pulls so many pictures from that one database. it's like searching for clip art or something. google image searches can pull up very specific images, and usually high quality. maybe i am missing something.

alalenoh,

Sherlock version 2 was significantly different than the current version (found in OS X 10.2). Perhaps the 'Little Black Book' is referring to version 2 found in Mac OS X 10.1.

Note: Moved from Mac OS X System and Software forum -- because Sherlock is a 'net app

Peace!
