help... wma...

hey, i want to play wma files on my ipod, but since the ipod doesnt support wma,i want to convert them to mp3. My Audion keeps crashing and wont play ANYTHING, so i cant use it to convert them there, i got another program, hyperion, but it wont work , i tried removing spaces in the songs name as suggested but to no avail, it works on ffmpeg, do i have to install this seperatly?? i open it up and click convert and it just opens up a terminal window and doesnt do anything.......

I am not sure this will work, but it just may, in iTunes, if you hold down the option key, and click on advanced there will be an option for convert, thay may convert them to mp3's...

I flarking hate Microsoft trying to force a proprietary format on people.

MP3's are here to stay. Flark WMA.

Pardon my French.

I'm also in a situation like this... what would be the easiest way to convert .wma -> .mp3? Is there a pc app that could do it for me? I have not been able to find a mac app and have been lookin for about a week. thanks for any help.

If you can't open them in media player than you are basically screwed. Run back to the PC and convert them. If you can run them in media player than audio hijack is the easiest and best way i've found.
