Alarm on OSX?

Hi all,

Can someone please tell me a way to set an alarm on OSX so that it beeps or does something at a certain time?

I use MP3 Alarm Clock

It's old, but works fine, it did quit unexpectantly once, but it does its job.

You can use iCal to make a noise/show a sign/ send a mail at certain times. With thirdparty applescipts you can even make it start itunes.
