Toast 6 and 6.0.3 problems

Hey guys, I have a problem with Roxio Toast 6 Titanium. I have installed Toast 6 Titanium successfully, but the program asks me for a serial number everytime I try to run it. For example, everytime I insert a blank CD the application wants to go through the registration process again.

When I decided to update to 6.0.3 I had a worse problem. The updated version of the program did not accept my CD key. Does anybody know what is the deal with it? Thank you!

Captain Code will become famous soon enough
If you have a valid CD key then there shouldn't be a problem. I'd contact Roxio and ask them for a new one, since you should have paid for it, they shouldn't have a problem giving you a new one.

My thoughts exactly. Roxio, Adobe and Microsoft have ways of "blacklisting" certain serial numbers that have been obtained illegally. If you remember correctly, Microsoft did this with the 10.1.x updates to the Office v.X line of products, and many people were outraged that their serial numbers didn't work anymore, but they had obtained them illegally anyway.

Roxio's customer support is very nice. 6.0.3 didn't disable my serial for me, and if yours did, and you have a valid license for the software, they should have no problem at all resolving your situation over the phone.

Fixed. I am an idiot. I put a "O" instead of a "0" when I was reading the number. I think I should sleep more.
