| Ive heardo Bias Inc.'s Soundsoap but i need something with a demo at least or a free program. I do a lot of ambient recording with guitars but my one guitar is a bit loose and i get a lot of fuzzing that needs to be reduced from the amp cords. Any reccomendations would be much appreciated! Thanks.

| To my knowledge, it hasn't been updated in some time, but you should check out Ray Gun Studio. Okay, I was wrong, it has been updated for OS X, and here's the URL: http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/RayGunOSX/ Being shareware, you should be able to use it (at least for a while) without having to pay, or pay a small fee for it.

| Erm, nope. That was Volume Logic, an iTunes plugin. I believe it's based on Audio Hijack. Also, I haven't really had a chance to test it's "Noise Reduction" to see if it actually does anything. |
