Question Noise/Fuzz reduction program for audio?

Ive heardo Bias Inc.'s Soundsoap but i need something with a demo at least or a free program. I do a lot of ambient recording with guitars but my one guitar is a bit loose and i get a lot of fuzzing that needs to be reduced from the amp cords. Any reccomendations would be much appreciated! Thanks.

To my knowledge, it hasn't been updated in some time, but you should check out Ray Gun Studio.

Okay, I was wrong, it has been updated for OS X, and here's the URL: http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/RayGunOSX/ Being shareware, you should be able to use it (at least for a while) without having to pay, or pay a small fee for it.

Erm, nope.

That was Volume Logic, an iTunes plugin. I believe it's based on Audio Hijack. Also, I haven't really had a chance to test it's "Noise Reduction" to see if it actually does anything.
