| For ripping, MacTheRipper: http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/22715 As Giaguara said, HandBrake is the best for DVD-to-MPEG4 conversion: http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/21117 These two tools, combined, in my opinion, offer the best DVD ripping experience possible. MacTheRipper for removing encryption and copying to the hard drive, then HandBrake for converting the ripped files to an MPEG4 file.
