Palm Desktop to Address Book

hi, I'm new to macs and i've beeen having fun learning my new PB G4, but I was wondering if there was a way to transfer the Address Book from the Palm Desktop to the Mac Address Book? I really like the MAC version but i am fond of the Palm Desktop. thanks for any help.

Cool i got the program downloaded but its not reading my palm device any help?? It's an Old Palm Zire, from when it first came out. (2MB of Memory?!?)
